It is used for carrying a laptop and some schoolbooks, therefore normal usage. Bought the bag coz there are so many good reviews by people who use it as a schoolbag. Longchamp doesn’t even take the effort to answer my emails which I sent with enclosed pictures of the hole/bag. A 2 year guarantee for consumers obviously means nothing to them. Really don’t understand all the positive upheaval in the reviews. It’s a beautiful bag, but the material is obviously not strong enough, at least not for the corners. If the reviews had been more honest, I wouldn’t have bought it in the first place. And zero service and not even a reaction from Longchamp! Kinda rude no?

The bag pictured in the very first photo… is that the Le Pliage City or the Le Pliage Green (I don’t see the bright green on the ears so I wasn’t sure). Those seem to be the only two black on black on the Longchamp website currently… Do you know which one is seen more often? Is that the one you have? Do you mind the green accent?
